About me

My name is Jiatong SONG. I am currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Intelligence Technology at Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIT). Before joining the SIT, I was a research associate (RA) at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). I received my PhD degree from HKU majoring in Traffic and Transportation Engineering in September, 2024, supervised by Prof. W.Y. Szeto.

I received my BEng degree from the Department of Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Central South University (CSU) in July, 2019 and MSc degree from the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in July, 2020.

My research mainly focuses on bike-sharing/e-bike sharing system modeling and optimization, and data-driven methodology in automatic vehicles (AVs) .
